This is a property in which every detail has been thought through most thoroughly, from the sea-grey wooden panels in the sitting room and exquisite lighting to the hanging chair in the master bedroom, ideally positioned to swing away an afternoon just watching passers by or reading a book.

 A gorgeous sky blue sofa, wood burner and exposed Cornish slate walls await you in the open plan living area. Fabulous mid-century style furniture, wood panelled walls, original stone flooring and exquisite finishing touches ensures you'll not only be super-snug but surrounded by beautiful things too. Next to the kitchen you'll find a super-sweet table and chairs for two - perfect for a morning cup of pick-me-up coffee.

 The kitchen is a vision in white with metro tiles, fabulously modern cupboards, incredible lighting and a huge fridge freezer. Minimalist in style, lacking in equipment it isn't - tucked away in cupboards you'll find everything you need to conjure up a feast for your loved ones. Feet will stay toasty warm too with delicious under floor heating. Next door in the open-plan living area you'll find the dining table - made of reclaimed wood - nestled with chairs and a bench, perfect for a laid-back dinner party with the addition of sheepskin rugs and incredible lighting above.

The bedrooms really are the show stoppers at Albany. Sleeping six, each of the three bedrooms have been elegantly designed and boast their own unique features. The master king size bedroom on the first floor has a triple aspect and doors lead out to a balcony. This lends the room plenty of light, and the swinging chair, positioned just right to watch the world go by is an ingenious touch. Tucked away on the second floor there are two more bedrooms. The king size bedroom bedecked in dusky pinks and greys, with exposed walls and beams and some fabulous artwork and a super-cute twin bedroom, in shades of green and oatmeal. Both bedrooms have Velux windows which bathe the rooms in light and also offer sea views. All three bedrooms boast Smart TVs, lovely linens, fluffy cushions and luxurious throws and blankets - you'll have the most comfortable nights' sleep in these beautiful bedrooms.

There are two beautiful bathrooms at Albany - The family bathroom boasts a shower and lovely Victorian double-ended claw-footed bath. We really love the cute twin sinks too, so you don't have to share! The shower room on the second floor has a walk in shower with drench head, perfect for washing off the sand after a day at the beach. Both have under floor heating and warm, fluffy towels.

Albany has both a rear garden with terrace with lovely views to the sea below and harbour, as well as a small terrace at the front to enjoy the coastal ambiance.
